Anonymous asked: What's the sweetest thing someone has ever done for you? Or said to you?

There are two occasions that come to mind.

One was when I was flying up to visit my dad in Townsville from Tasmania, we were making a stop over in Brisbane airport. I told my best friend Cass who lives in the area this and we were talking about how cool it would be if we could see each other. But it was an evening flight and it would have been peak hour traffic through Brissy so I knew it wasn’t possible. So we get off the plane and I walk into the terminal waiting for my phone to turn back on so I could text Cass and let her know we landed. But then I see this blonde girl launch at me exclaiming “I told you to text me AS SOON as you got off the plane!” I was beside myself. I began shaking and practically crying, I couldn’t stop hugging her and asking how she was and how did she get here. Turns out she conned her mother into driving her after school to the airport. It took them over an hour to get there when in good traffic it would take like… 20mins? 30? It was so amazing.. that hour we spent together was gold.

The second occasion happened earlier this year. I had began talking to Marcus when I went down to Tasmania to live. I was really struggling and losing it. He ended up flying down to Tasmania “for a holiday”, he said. He wouldn’t admit it for ages, but he said he flew from the Sunshine Coast to Tassie to make sure I was okay. I was highly paranoid and delusional at that time so I couldn’t bring myself to meet with him. He bussed his way to Kingston from Hobart and came up to my doorstep and placed post-it-notes all over my door. On the door step was a whole pad (I kid you not) of post-it-notes all with inspirational little quotes he gathered and made up for me. I cried so hard that night, I felt so guilty for not meeting with him but I felt so loved. 

I am so proud to say that Cassidy-Rae remains my best, most amazing friend I have ever had the honor of having in my life, and I am head-over heels in love with Marcus, my boyfriend. 

I couldn’t be luckier. I honestly couldn’t. To have such a beautiful, kind, insane best friend and such a passionate, loving and understanding boyfriend in my life.. I must have done something right along the way to have been blessed with them. 

I love you Cassidy, no matter what. Thank you for sticking by me throughout these past 6years and being the greatest friend I have ever had. I know we will be those friends that stick around forever. I couldn’t be more grateful or blessed. Thank you, Caramel Bear. < 3 xx

Marcus, thank you for showing me that life is worth it. Thank you for being yourself, the greatest friend to all who are blessed to know you. You showed me, by loving me, that I should be proud of who I am and I should love myself. You make me a better person. I mean it. I love you the mostest, my Bunny. < 3 xx

Orange: 1) My hometown is Kingston in Hobart, Tasmania.

2) I lived there for the first 15years of my life with all of my mother’s side of the family living spread out over said town.

3) The town of Kingston I grew up in is veeeery different to the Kingston that resides there now.

4) In a way, I miss Kingston. But in another way, I don’t know if I see myself moving back there in the future.

5) I loved my little town of Kingston, but I think it’s one of those places where you only truly love it if you grew up in it.

6) It is a lovely place to live, nice and quiet and close. Has a Big W, a Macdonalds, a Woolworths and a swimming pool. What else do you need, seriously.

White: 1) An asset yet a blessed curse of my personality is wanting to help those suffering with mental illness. This is only a curse as I am struggling with it myself and I get too caught up with their issues at times. I empathize a tad too much.

2) When I feel scared or threatened or angry I tend to turn into a bit of a terror. I tend to lash out and talk sharply to people. It’s not a pleasant trait to have.

3) I am overall a nice person, apparently funny and people think I am weird. But I do love and care for all my friends, family and loved ones. 

Grey: 1) One of my acoustic guitars is older than I am.

2) All of my closest friends are those who know about the things inside my head and chose to stay with me anyway. :)

Blue:1) My parents are still both together.

2) I have two half sisters and one full-blood sister.

3) My extended family on my mother’s side is particularly close. I love it :D

4) I love my cousins so so much, we all get along very well and will do about anything for each other. Lots of fond memories. :)

5) My family has been through A LOT over the years but are still so close.

6) I am the youngest out of 4 daughters.

7) I will do just about anything for my family.

8) We are all a bunch of odd ducks. :P

9) I love them, and will never stop loving them.

Red: 1) My first ever best friend’s name is Cassidy-Rae. We met through a mutual friend in 2006/7 and instantly became friends when I reached over and tickled her neck. Been besties ever since.

2) She happens to unfortunately have problem with her eyes, having had surgeries for them as a youngin’ and has very poor eyesight. :(

3) She has an amazing talent when it comes to writing. She and her older sister are amazing writers and have such imaginations that produce great ideas and they are fortunate to have a fantastic way with words. :)

4) Her father has been in the Army for her whole life and that lead to them being moved all over Australia since day dot for Cass. It has been a very hard lifestyle for them all to live but they have done so with such compassion and understanding. She has had every right to breakdown and lose it completely but she is still going strong. 

5) Since we became friends and ever since, she has been my idol.
